In which areas do we deliver?

LOLLYTA delivers to Portugal and Europe.

In the case of international shipments within Europe, send us an email to lollyta.online@gmail.com to obtain the calculation of shipping costs and details to process the order.

What is the deadline?

We are a family owned and operated business.

For shipments in Mainland Portugal:

Deliveries are made by CTT Expresso within 48 hours (working days), in addition to the order preparation time (usually 1 working day). This deadline is valid for items in stock.

For shipments to Azores and Madeira:

In the case of shipments to the Islands, send us an email to lollyta.online@gmail.com to obtain the shipping cost calculation and order processing data.

LOLLYTA declines any responsibility for delays in delivery of the order after it is shipped / delivered to the carrier.

EXCHANGES AND RETURNS

If you wish to make an exchange or return, you have fourteen (14) days from the date of receipt to execute this right.

To do so, send us an email to lollyta.online@gmail.com and you will be informed of the options available for returning the article:

a) In one of our stores

b) Collect CTT Expresso at your address (for exchanges)

c) Shipping to our warehouse (for returns)

To make the exchange / return, the item must be in perfect condition, with the original labels and packaging and accompanied by proof of purchase or invoice.

Once the item has been received in our warehouse or in our stores and after proof of its condition, it will be refunded.

LOLLYTA reserves the right not to refund returned items that do not meet these criteria. This applies to returns both in our stores and returns to our warehouse.
